We offer a complete service from moulding to logistics. Thanks to our range of injection molding machines (from 50 tonnes to 220 tonnes), we can meet the needs of all customers, from small to large-scale production. We mold exclusively with ENGEL machines, synonymous with efficiency and quality. All production is carried out in Italy and certified according to the highest international quality and environmental standards.
Technology 4.0, innovation at the service of quality
Thanks to our management software, we organize and plan processes precisely, optimizing production times and warehouse flows. They are equipped with conveyor belts and programmable robotic arms to optimize even the most complex production processes. We have also developed and installed a sophisticated automated quality control system that uses SMART CAMERAS to identify non-compliant products and isolate them from the production line.
The choice
of materials
Quality starts with the raw material. We only use high-quality polymers, favouring recycled raw materials sourced in Europe. In collaboration with our partners, we constantly invest in research and development of new polymers and technologies that allow us to improve efficiency and quality and reduce the environmental impact of our production.
